The Complete Cove Experience — Package Rates
Rates listed are for double occupancy (two people per room). For other occupancy rates, please call our reservations department at 828-771-4800 or 828-298-2092, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. On-property lodging accommodations are available only to registered Cove program participants. Maximum occupancy is four people per room, five people per suite.

The Cove Experience — Off-Property Package
Enjoy the outstanding Bible teaching available through The Cove’s seminars at no cost, and experience fellowship over delicious food prepared by our chefs. This package includes all meals and materials offered during the seminar. Although the seminars are free, reservations are required. The topics and scriptural teaching in our seminar sessions build upon each other. In order to receive the most impact from the Bible teaching and take full advantage of the learning opportunities offered, we request that you attend all sessions during the seminar for which you have registered.

The topics and scriptural teaching in our seminar sessions build upon each other. In order to receive the most impact from the Bible teaching and take full advantage of the learning opportunities offered, we require that you attend all sessions during the seminar for which you have registered.
You may elect to purchase as many or as few meals as you like. Meals (ranging from $12–$24 each—subject to Cove refund policy) must be purchased no later than two weeks prior to the seminar.
Note: To ensure sufficient seating in our main auditorium for Cove Experience guests, an overflow room with a live-stream feed of the seminar teaching will be used for free guests, in the event that the main auditorium is full.
Advance Payment and Deposit Information
Each reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of $75* per person, per event. Any remaining package fees may also be paid at that time and must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Failure to prepay 30 days in advance will result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your program/lodging space. Most cancellation requests received prior to the 30-day deadline are eligible for a full refund (exceptions noted below*). A refund of payments received, less your deposit, may be requested up to two weeks prior to your arrival. No refunds will be made less than two weeks prior to the event; however, the amount paid may be transferred to another event in the same or following calendar year. Lodging accommodations in our inns and participation in our Come Early/Stay Over opportunities are subject to space availability.
Deposit Requirement Exceptions: An Evening at The Cove, Christmas at The Cove, SeniorSalt events, Women’s Luncheons, and 2-day off-property packages require an advance deposit equal to the cost of the program. Deposits are nonrefundable; however, if cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance, monies paid may be transferred to another event in the same or following calendar year. A lodging deposit, where applicable, is also required.
Program schedules vary by event. Most seminars begin with afternoon check-in and dinner*, followed by an evening program, and conclude late morning on the final day. (View sample schedules online). *Dinner not applicable for non-meal packages.
Speakers, worship leaders, and artists are scheduled to appear as noted; however, in the event of unforeseen or extreme circumstances, substitution or rescheduling may be necessary. In this unlikely situation, we will do our best to inform registered participants of changes.
You could play a role in encouraging the spiritual growth of someone you know by purchasing a Cove gift certificate in that person’s name. Certificates—which can be used for lodging expenses, Personal Spiritual Retreats, and An Evening at The Cove concerts—will be mailed to you or to the individual whom you specify. Reservations must be made within one year of the purchase date. Gift certificates to Ruth’s Attic Bookstore are also available.

Please do not allow financial limitations to prevent you from experiencing what God has to offer you here at The Cove. Generous donors have made it possible for us to offer financial resources to those in need. Please contact our reservations department or visit our website for an application. Financial Resources are available for individuals who demonstrate a financial need, for active-duty, Guard, and Reserve service members; their spouses; and North American Mission Board military chaplains.
All facilities are accessible to physically challenged persons. Please let us know if you need a handicap-accessible room at our inns or special seating in our auditorium.
Most programs, meeting facilities, and lodging accommodations are open to adults, ages 18 and over, and to youth ages 15-17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Military Marriage Retreats and Pastor Retreats are designed for adults only; children are not permitted to attend. Youth ages 9-14 may participate in An Evening at The Cove, Christmas at The Cove, and SeniorSalt events when accompanied by an adult. Please note: We are an adult-only facility and are unable to accommodate infants or children under the ages noted above in any of our facilities or programs. Use or possession of alcohol and/or illegal drugs is prohibited on Cove property, and smoking is not permitted in any area. An additional cleaning charge will be assessed in the event a guest is found to have smoked in an inn room. Pets (other than service dogs as defined by ADA) are not allowed on Cove property.
Official audio recordings, videotapes, and still photographs are taken of many seminar events. Registration constitutes permission to use your image or voice if it appears on video or audio recordings or in still photographs. Audio or videotaping by participants is not allowed. (Audio recordings of most seminars, select video recordings, and other ministry resources are available for purchase in Ruth’s Attic Bookstore and online.)
